Dieses Kindergrammophon aus Blech wurde von der Deutschen Firma "Bing" in den 1920er Jahren hergestellt. Es trägt die Bezeichnung "Gama Nette". Der Plattenteller hat einen Durchmesser von 14 cm, man kann damit Kinder-Platten von 18-20 cm abspielen. Der kleine Trichter aus Blech ist 13,5 cm lang und hat einen Durchmesser von 6 cm.

Kindergrammophone wurden meist bunt bemalt und in den verschiedensten Formen hergestellt. Bei diesem Modell sind die verspielten Malereien auf dem Blechgehäuse charakteristisch. Sie zeigen tanzende und musizierende Kinder, den Osterhasen, einen Teddybären und einen Zwerg mit dem gleichen Modell des Grammophons.

Traditional German companies like "Bing" and "Märklyn" are well-known trade marks for collectors of model railways and other tinplate toys. But this industry produced also small talking machines for children and it’s toy gramophones became quite popular during the 1920's.

There exists a wide range of toy gramophones in different forms, most colourful painted. Characteristic for this tinny talking machine by "Bing" are the pictures on the tinny case. They shows merry musicians, dancing children, Mr. Rabbit, Teddy-Bear, dwarf and the same model of the toy gramophone. On the box is marked the term "Gama Nette". The turntable has a diameter of 5 ½". It allows to play 8" children-records. The horn is 5 ½" long and has a diameter of 2 ½".
